1. What's your favorite radio station?
KFOG!!! I love it soooo much that I listen to it at work through the computer and have signed up as a Foghead. *nerd alert*
www.kfog.com
2. How would you describe the format?
Um, just freakin' awesome. It plays music from the 60's through the present (including a lot of local artists), but it isn't the same recycled crap available on every other station. Every playlist seems like the best mixed tape ever (except the sometimes play Steely Dan and we know how I feel about that). On Sundays they do an all-acoustic show all morning and every weekday they do a 10 @10 Countdown based on a chosen theme. They also do a lot of local events and produce really incredible live and local talent CDs that they sell to benefit local charities.
3. Do you think satellite radio will become commonplace, like subscribing to cable TV?
Not sure.
4. Have you thought about buying a satellite radio subscription?
No.
5. When is the last time you said goodbye?
Today, a 100x over as it is my last day at work.
