Sometimes I don't like other people.
Aug. 7th, 2007 03:55 pmA vignette from the parking lot.
Setting: A drugstore parking lot, a tight parking space, and a woman in her minivan eating a sandwich. Said parking space is tight because said woman couldn't or wouldn't park straight and was hugging the lines of the space.
Your heroine pulls into the space and sees how little space there is for sandwich eating lady. I back up and reposition my car to give her a little more shimmy room.
But no.
Sandwich woman with a scowl: "You've barely left me any room".
Laura getting out of her car and pointing to said crap parking job: "That's probably something you should have considered when you did this parking job" *points to line that minivan is clearly over*
Laura leaves.
Sandwich lady huffs and puffs and moves her car to another space. Badly.,
When I came out of the store, she was still sitting in her car, eating her sandwich.
