Does anyone know where I can buy cute kids clothing at a reasonable price?

My niece turns one this week and her mother is requesting clothing for gifts. I want something slightly fun and punky just piss her parents off (but not too punky lest I actually have to discuss it with my brother and sister-in-law)...any suggestions?
