Quick Update
Oct. 9th, 2003 01:46 amI just finished a three and half hour phone conversation with Dr. S...on my phone bill. Ouch, that's going to hurt something fierce.
I went to a health education class today on overeating. It was interesting and it advanced the one and only philosophy that I thought I'd never hear from a dietician...eat whatever you want when you're hungry. It made sense in the context of what she was saying, but it still shocked the hell out of me. However, it works perfectly with the yoga program I'm considering. More info on that as it unfolds.
